{"id":4636,"date":"2025-01-28T13:03:52","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T16:03:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turistachile.cl\/wp\/?p=4636"},"modified":"2025-01-28T13:03:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T16:03:52","slug":"destacada-participacion-de-chile-en-mundial-de-gastronomia-bocuse-dor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mexiquearte.com\/wptc\/2025\/01\/28\/destacada-participacion-de-chile-en-mundial-de-gastronomia-bocuse-dor\/","title":{"rendered":"DESTACADA PARTICIPACI\u00d3N DE CHILE EN MUNDIAL DE GASTRONOM\u00cdA  \u201cBOCUSE D\u00b4OR\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El team nacional, liderado por el chef Roberto Vallejos, se ubic\u00f3 en la posici\u00f3n 18 del importante certamen internacional, que se realiz\u00f3 en Lyon, Francia, y obtuvo el reconocimiento especial \u201cSocial Commitment Award\u201d\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4638 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/mexiquearte.com\/wptc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Final-Bocuse-Dor-2025-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"391\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mexiquearte.com\/wptc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Final-Bocuse-Dor-2025-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/mexiquearte.com\/wptc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Final-Bocuse-Dor-2025-2-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mexiquearte.com\/wptc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Final-Bocuse-Dor-2025-2-360x220.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Integrando sabores \u00fanicos como el merk\u00e9n y destacando tradiciones culinarias del sur de Chile, el equipo Chefs Chile\u2013Bocuse d\u00b4Or, encabezado por el chef Roberto Vallejos, tuvo una destacada participaci\u00f3n en la final mundial del reconocido certamen gastron\u00f3mico internacional \u201cBocuse d\u00b4Or\u201d, que se realiz\u00f3 en Lyon, Francia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Los representantes nacionales lograron la posici\u00f3n 18 en la competencia y obtuvieron el reconocimiento especial al compromiso social \u201cSocial Commitment Award\u201d, dejando el nombre del pa\u00eds en un buen sitial y mostrando al mundo la esencia de la gastronom\u00eda chilena.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Chile logr\u00f3 un cupo a la final del \u201cBocuse d\u00b4Or\u201d luego de obtener el cuarto lugar de la competencia continental, que se realiz\u00f3 en Nueva Orleans en julio pasado.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El tema de esta 20\u00aa edici\u00f3n del certamen rindi\u00f3 homenaje al fundador del concurso, Paul Bocuse, quien era un apasionado de los productos locales, los platos refinados y la caza, por lo que los competidores tuvieron que desarrollar sus recetas con los \u00edtems exigidos por competencia, como venado, <em>foie gras<\/em>, pez piedra y langosta, adem\u00e1s de escoger un t\u00e9, apio y una fruta del pa\u00eds de origen para desarrollar las preparaciones. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El primer lugar del torneo lo obtuvo el equipo franc\u00e9s liderado por el chef Paul Marcon, cocinero de 29 a\u00f1os, heredero de una vasta tradici\u00f3n culinaria del valle del R\u00f3dano, cuna de Paul Bocuse.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La segunda posici\u00f3n fue para el dan\u00e9s Sebastian Holberg Svendsgaard, quien obtuvo la plata; y en tercera ubicaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 el sueco Gustav Leonhardt. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>M\u00e1ximo Picallo, presidente de Achiga, destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n del equipo chileno en Francia, afirmando que \u201cestamos muy orgulloso del trabajo realizado por todo el grupo liderado por el chef Roberto Vallejos, quienes nos representaron de gran manera en este importante certamen y obtuvieron un relevante logro al obtener el premio compromiso social.
