\u00a0\u00a0Achiga realiz\u00f3 el pasado martes 9 de enero, su primera cena de camarader\u00eda del a\u00f1o, encuentro que se desarroll\u00f3 en el Estadio Espa\u00f1ol, en Santiago. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La actividad, cont\u00f3 con cerca de 100 asistentes, y fue amenizada por el grupo de baile flamenco del estadio y una banda de m\u00fasica en vivo.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Estas cenas tienen como objetivo reforzar los v\u00ednculos con los distintos actores de la industria, desde los socios de Achiga, la academia, restaurantes y proveedores, que permitan fortalecer el rubro y propiciar alianzas y un trabajo conjunto.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>En la oportunidad, la Asociaci\u00f3n Chilena de Gastronom\u00eda entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento al reconocido y premiado \u201cRestaurante Borag\u00f3\u201d, dirigido por el <em>chef<\/em> Rodolfo Guzm\u00e1n, por su \u201cAporte a la Industria Gastron\u00f3mica\u201d, en una distinci\u00f3n que la asociaci\u00f3n instaurar\u00e1 de forma anual.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>En este caso, recay\u00f3 en el mencionado local gastron\u00f3mico, por su contribuci\u00f3n al fortalecimiento de la gastronom\u00eda nacional a trav\u00e9s de los m\u00faltiples reconocimientos internacionales que ha recibido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, en el listado de los mejores restaurantes de Latinoam\u00e9rica, lo que a su vez, permite difundir y ser un embajador de la cocina chilena en otras latitudes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El premio fue entregado por el presidente de Achiga, M\u00e1ximo Picallo, al destacado <em>chef<\/em> Rodolfo Guzm\u00e1n, quien agradeci\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n, e hizo un llamado a todo el sector a continuar trabajando con pasi\u00f3n y compromiso para fortalecer la industria gastron\u00f3mica nacional y seguir posicionando a la cocina chilena en el concierto
