El mes de marzo se ha consagrado, definitivamente, como el Mes de la Mujer. Un mes que lleva a hacer balances sobre la inclusi\u00f3n y equidad en la sociedad actual. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El \u00edndice 2023 de igualdad de g\u00e9nero, seg\u00fan Bloomberg, en el cual participan m\u00e1s de 600 empresas a nivel mundial, report\u00f3 un crecimiento del 11%, a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Desde el sector tur\u00edstico queremos destacar que, si bien las cifras son alentadoras, a\u00fan queda un largo camino por seguir acortando brechas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Revisemos lo avanzado: la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Turismo (OMT), remarc\u00f3 que el 54% de la fuerza de trabajo del sector en el mundo est\u00e1 integrado por mujeres, es decir, un aumento del 18% en 2022.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El estudio, que abord\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n laboral con enfoque de g\u00e9nero, tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 que en relaci\u00f3n a 2019, a\u00f1o previo a la pandemia, se ha recuperado el 90,7% del empleo femenino.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Asimismo, en nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda miramos en retrospectiva la labor que venimos desarrollando en igualdad de g\u00e9nero y estamos muy orgullosos de que el 53% de nuestras colaboradoras sean mujeres, de las cuales un 45% ocupa posiciones de liderazgo. Adem\u00e1s, del total, un 66% de mujeres integran el equipo de Sales & Marketing<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sin duda, todo ello demuestra el camino recorrido y el que seguiremos trazando para contribuir a una sociedad de mismas oportunidades, equidad y respeto.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A\u00fan queda mucho por hacer y esperamos poder ser un referentes en el sector.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
