El equipo nacional, liderado por el chef Ari Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, se adjudic\u00f3 el tercer lugar del Torneo Continental, obteniendo uno de los cupos para la gran final del certamen que se realizar\u00e1 en Francia, en enero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o\u2026 En tanto, el equipo encabezado por Alejandro Espinoza y Javiera Villegas, se quedaron con el primer lugar de la Competencia Continental de Pasteler\u00eda, y lograron los pasajes para la Copa del Mundo de la especialidad\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\"\"SANTIAGO (Chile), 16 de Julio \u2014 2022.-<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u201c<\/strong>Como un orgullo para el pa\u00eds\u201d, calificaron en la Asociaci\u00f3n Chilena de Gastronom\u00eda (Achiga), el doble triunfo obtenido por los equipos nacionales en el Torneo Continental de Pasteler\u00eda y el Bocuse d\u00b4Or, reconocidas competencias internacionales de gastronom\u00eda, cuyas finales regionales se realizaron por primera vez en Chile.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ambas competencias se desarrollaron en el Centro de Eventos Metropolitan, y en la primera de ellas, el equipo chileno liderado por los chef Alejandro Espinoza y Javiera Villegas, se quedaron con el primer lugar de la Copa Am\u00e9rica de Pasteler\u00eda, obteniendo as\u00ed los pasajes para la final mundial de la especialidad, que se desarrollar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 20 y 21 de enero en Lyon (Francia).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Triunfo que obtuvieron luego de cinco horas de competencia, con creativas preparaciones que combinaron la forma de una flor y un pez surcando las olas del Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico, como parte de la tem\u00e1tica propuesta por el equipo, que fue \u201cLa naturaleza florece\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

TORNEO CONTINENTAL<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Por su parte, en el Torneo Continental del Bocuse d\u00b4Or, el equipo chileno liderado por el chef Ari Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, tambi\u00e9n tuvo un excelente desempe\u00f1o, al quedarse con el tercer lugar de la competencia, detr\u00e1s de Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, y lograr de esa forma uno de los cupos para la final mundial, tambi\u00e9n a realizarse en Lyon, en enero de 2023.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Los representantes locales deleitaron al jurado con platos inspirados en la gastronom\u00eda nacional, que comenz\u00f3 con una entrada vegetal de qu\u00ednoa con patatas confitadas, rellena de qu\u00ednoa guisada con crujiente vegetariano y p\u00e9talos de topinambur encurtidos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

En tanto, el men\u00fa principal consisti\u00f3 en un salm\u00f3n curado, relleno de farsa de pistacho, envuelto en chapalele y una masa en base a papa, t\u00edpica del sur de Chile. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

DOBLE TRIUNFO<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Para M\u00e1ximo Picallo, presidente de Achiga, \u201ceste doble triunfo de los equipos nacionales que nos representaron en ambos cert\u00e1menes, confirma el buen nivel internacional de la gastronom\u00eda chilena, reflejado en profesionales de la cocina de excelencia, que utilizan su creatividad y habilidades para elaborar platos sorprendentes utilizando la riqueza y variedad de los productos chilenos\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El personero remarc\u00f3, que tanto la realizaci\u00f3n de los torneos en Chile, como los buenos resultados obtenidos, le otorgan al pa\u00eds una importante vitrina internacional, y la posibilidad de mostrar la calidad de la gastronom\u00eda chilena.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAhora, nuevamente comienza un camino de arduos entrenamientos, que conlleva mucha disciplina y dedicaci\u00f3n, donde la meta es representar a Chile de la mejor manera\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Picallo.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que la v\u00eda oficial para acceder al torneo Bocuse d\u00b4Or, es el Concurso Nacional de Gastronom\u00eda, organizado por Achiga, el cual efectuar\u00e1 una nueva edici\u00f3n en los meses entrantes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
