\"\"SANTIAGO (Chile), 08 de Abril \u2014 2022.-<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Ricardo Margulis, presidente del principal gremio del turismo, , reiter\u00f3 que mientras el Gobierno no elimine la homologaci\u00f3n de vacunas y el examen PCR al ingreso de turistas internacionales como requisitos al arribar al pa\u00eds, cualquier medida adicional o plan de reactivaci\u00f3n resulta insuficiente para recuperar al sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cSeguimos sin ver la luz al final del t\u00fanel\u201d, reiter\u00f3 Margulis. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

De esta forma tomaron en la industria del turismo el anuncio realizado ayer por la Direcci\u00f3n de Fronteras de reabrir, a partir del 1 de mayo, todos los pasos fronterizos terrestres del pa\u00eds que a\u00fan se mantienen cerrados.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Y es que para la Federaci\u00f3n de Empresas de Turismo de Chile (Fedetur), la medida no resuelve el tema de fondo que \u201cnos mantiene en una especie de coma inducido, ya que para que esta industria se ponga de pie necesitamos funcionar de forma normal y que comiencen a llegar turistas extranjeros\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Ricardo Margulis, Presidente del gremio.
\n<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

LA MEDIDA QUE FALTA<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

El personero agreg\u00f3 que \u201cya no sabemos c\u00f3mo transmitirles a las autoridades de que el t\u00e9rmino de la homologaci\u00f3n de vacunas y el examen PCR a la llegada es la principal medida que necesitamos que el Gobierno adopte para salir de este coma, porque no nos alcanza ni con el turismo interno, ni con la apertura de los pasos fronterizos, ni con el plan de reactivaci\u00f3n que acaba de anunciar el Gobierno. No necesitamos s\u00f3lo ayudas paliativas, sino que poder trabajar con normalidad\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Margulis.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

De hecho, el presidente de Fedetur recalc\u00f3 que solicitaron una reuni\u00f3n urgente con la ministra de Salud, para abordar este tema y explicar los argumentos del sector, sin embargo, se nos deriv\u00f3 con el Subsecretario de Salud P\u00fablica, autoridad que finalmente suspendi\u00f3 el encuentro que estaba programado para mediados de abril. \u201cLlevamos meses planteando esta urgencia, a trav\u00e9s de reuniones con el Ejecutivo y tambi\u00e9n en la prensa, pero no han sido acogidas nuestras prioridades, y las actuales autoridades sanitarias ni siquiera nos han recibido\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Ricardo Margulis.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

VOLVER A FUNCIONAR SIN TRABAS<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

El representante gremial manifest\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que \u201crevisando el plan de reactivaci\u00f3n que present\u00f3 el Gobierno para ir en ayuda de los sectores m\u00e1s rezagados de la econom\u00eda, como es el turismo, no vemos en ese plan un enfoque especial hacia nuestra industria, por lo que tampoco lo consideramos como un salvavida. Pero, sobre todo, porque nuestro rubro junto con las ayudas econ\u00f3micas del Estado, requiere fundamentalmente volver a funcionar sin trabas, donde la recuperaci\u00f3n del turismo receptivo es esencial para no terminar de hundirnos\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLa apertura de fronteras terrestres no tendr\u00e1 ning\u00fan impacto en el turismo receptivo, y las autoridades deben comprender que la eliminaci\u00f3n de trabas tampoco significar\u00e1 una llegada masiva inmediata de visitantes internacionales, por lo que no hay que temer un posible colapso o riesgo en ese sentido, porque ser\u00e1 un proceso paulatino\u201d, indic\u00f3 Margulis.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Finalmente, el presidente de Fedetur llam\u00f3 al Gobierno a \u201csacar al turismo de este coma inducido\u201d y que \u201cliberen la actividad tur\u00edstica para volver a ser competitivos y poder generar los 105 mil empleos que a\u00fan no podemos recuperar\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
