La Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo invita a todos los mayores de 18 a\u00f1os que se desempe\u00f1en en este rubro a participar del primer curso que busca fortalecer sus conocimientos con miras a la reactivaci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica\u2026<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\"\"<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\"\"SANTIAGO (Chile), 8 de Julio de 2020.-<\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Con el objetivo de instalar y potenciar el concepto de hospitalidad en los distintos actores vinculados a la entrega de servicios tur\u00edsticos, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo y Sernatur dieron inicio a un ciclo de capacitaciones destinadas a todas las personas que cumplen labores de cara al visitante.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n denominada \u201cHospitalidad: la cultura que mueve el turismo\u201d, busca identificar las mejoras necesarias para poder fortalecer el capital humano del turismo, entregando a quienes se vinculan de manera directa e indirecta con los turistas, herramientas y conocimientos sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar la entrega de servicios tur\u00edsticos y c\u00f3mo fortalecer las t\u00e9cnicas de atenci\u00f3n al cliente pospandemia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Al respecto, el subsecretario de Turismo, Jos\u00e9 Luis Uriarte, destac\u00f3 que \u201cel capital humano es sin duda uno de los factores m\u00e1s relevantes de la actividad tur\u00edstica y lo ser\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s en el proceso de reactivaci\u00f3n una vez superada la pandemia. Una vez que logremos dar por superado el Covid-19, los turistas buscar\u00e1n servicios tur\u00edsticos que les garanticen calidad y, por sobre todo, seguridad y confianza\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

En esa l\u00ednea, el subsecretario a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201csabemos que una buena experiencia garantizar\u00e1 que nuestros visitantes sean los principales promotores de nuestro servicio y la hospitalidad con la que recibamos a los turistas, despu\u00e9s de meses de confinamiento, ser\u00e1 un elemento clave de esa experiencia\u201d.

DIVERSIDAD DE DESTINOS<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

En tanto, la directora nacional de Sernatur, Andrea Wolleter, sostuvo que \u201cla riqueza de la expriencia tur\u00edstica de nuestro pa\u00eds radica en la diversidad de destinos y atractivos que habitan en todas las regiones de Chile, por eso, nuestra idea es que este tipo de capacitaciones lleguen virtualmente a los territorios y fortalezcan su capacidad de respuesta en un escenario postpandemia que, sabemos, traer\u00e1 nuevos desaf\u00edos\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHospitalidad: la cultura que mueve el turismo\u201d, se inici\u00f3 este martes 7 de julio en modalidad e-learning y se repetir\u00e1 el 9, 14 y 15 de este mes a las 12:00 horas, enmarcado en el programa Activa Turismo.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 compuesta por cuatro clases de una hora, a cargo de la coach internacional, Margarita Pasos. El registro permanece habilitado en el sitio web de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo: <\/strong>www.subturismo.gob.cl\/hospitalidad\/<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Los participantes que registren al menos un 75% de asistencia a estas jornadas obtendr\u00e1n un certificado de participaci\u00f3n una vez terminada la capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
